FIRM 614 was established in 2022. The company completed its business registration with the Ministry of Commerce and its tax registration with the General Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2022, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The primary business objectives of FIRM 614 include:

• First: Import and Export (Electronic Equipment).

• Second: Accounting and Financial Advisory Services.

• Third: Preparation services for all types and formats of administrative documents in compliance with legal requirements.

FIRM 614 was officially recognized by the General Secretariat of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC) as the first authorized agent to provide consulting, import, sale, and distribution services within the commercial gambling sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

During its first 3 years, the company’s services consisted of Consulting and advisory services, preparation of all types and formats of documentation & importing, selling, and distributing equipment in the commercial gambling sector, in strict compliance with the laws and regulations on commercial gambling management in Cambodia. As a strategic direction for the next 3 years, FIRM 614 plans to expand its business operations to cover:

1. Comprehensive Administrative Services: Providing all types of administrative services to clients.
2. Expanded Financial Scope: Scaling up accounting services from Bookkeeping and Tax Agency to full Auditing services.
3. Broader Product Distribution: Expanding from importing, selling, and distributing commercial gambling equipment/software to offering all types of electronic equipment.
